Each decadent course is complemented with wine pairings from Alhambra’s esteemed beverage team. Enjoy highlights such as lobster tart topped with caviar, traditional Orelys chocolate white butter sauce and grilled Wagyu beef with black olive paste flavored with extraction of Illanka chocolate and preserved shallots.
